My Story

For more than 25 years, I have walked alongside individuals, bearing witness to the resilience of the human spirit. I specialize in trauma—acute, chronic, and complex—and the grief, anxiety, depression, and addictions that so often arise as ways of surviving overwhelming experiences.

My work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. My own journey of healing and transformation deeply informs how I sit with others—with humility, compassion, and reverence for the wisdom held within the body.

I offer counselling to people of all genders, while my primary passion is devoted to women’s healing. I am especially drawn to supporting women who have lost connection with themselves—who feel disconnected from their bodies, their intuition, or their sense of worth, and who long to come home to themselves.

My approach integrates self-compassion, somatic awareness, parts work, guided imagery, mindful presence, and attachment-informed care. I work collaboratively and at your pace, always honouring choice, consent, and nervous system safety.

Beyond my clinical work, I am a wife, a mother of five, and a grandmother of seven. For more than 25 years, I have been married to my wife, and together we have woven a family life rooted in love, resilience, and deep connection.

My mission is to awaken the sacred within women—to help them reclaim their voice, their light, and their freedom. I believe that when a woman remembers who she truly is, she becomes a force of beauty, courage, and love.

You may also find me sharing reflections and gentle teachings on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok—offerings meant to plant small seeds of remembrance along the path home to self.

I’m deeply honored and grateful to have been nominated for the Breathe Fire Award at the Women of Influence Awards Gala that happened February 11, 2026. This award recognizes the courage to transform adversity into hope and pain into purpose.

To be seen in this way means so much to me because I believe passionately in hope—in its power to heal trauma, break cycles, and create new possibilities—and my work as a counsellor is devoted to helping others trust it for themselves.

My purpose is to help create a kinder, more compassionate world— where everyone feels safe, connected, and valued— and to leave a legacy of love, healing, and possibility for future generations.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals of all genders who are navigating the impact of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or addiction.

I am especially honored to support women who:

  • Feel disconnected from their bodies, intuition, or sense of self

  • Are outwardly capable and resilient, yet inwardly exhausted or overwhelmed

  • Struggle with self-worth, self-criticism, or people-pleasing patterns

  • Carry unprocessed grief, loss, or trauma responses

  • Long for deeper connection—with themselves and with others

  • Sense there is a more authentic, embodied way to live, but are unsure how to begin

Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply capable—yet have spent years adapting to meet the needs of others while neglecting their own.

My work offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and gently untangle what no longer serves—so you can live with greater ease, presence, and authenticity.
